Princeton Disabilities Awareness Spring Carnival 2016. Please register here

This carnival will be held in Campus Club (5 Prospect Avenue, Princeton), and will have indoor and outdoor toys and activities, student group performances, a dance workshop, arts and crafts, a children’s library for story time, and a sense room with sensory-friendly activities. The carnival will be Superhero themed, featuring games, movies, crafts, and activities with all your favorite heroes and heroines! Stay tuned for a complete schedule of activities for the day. All children between the ages of 2 and 21 are welcome at our event, and each child will be paired with a Princeton student for the day.

The keynote will be Busting the Myths and Stigmas Around Learning and Attention Issues: A Way Forward by Amanda Morin, Understood.org, Staff Expert & Writer. The minimum age for participation is 12 years of age and each session can only accommodate 15 players, so the sessions will be on a first registration received, first served basis. The program is open to boys and girls. The cost is $20 for the entire program which pays for the T-Shirts and our end of season trophies as usual. Scholarships are available if you are having difficulty paying. Just note that on your registration form. I am sure we'll have clubs and balls available, but if you have a club, feel free to bring it.

This is the first of four Family Health Forums to be offered throughout the state and will focus on a variety of topics such as Sports Nutrition, Concussion Education, and Conditioning and Sport Safety.
